Vince Wilson, owner of VNW Erectors LLC, brings nearly two decades of expertise as a Union Ironworker and carpenter to his general contracting business, specializing in residential decks, fences, flooring, and interior remodels. Starting his career building and remodeling homes, Vince transitioned to steel erection, mastering every facet of the trade. After three years as a non-union ironworker, he was inducted into Ironworkers Local 29, where his career flourished. He earned his Journeyman Ironworker title by staying open to learning, absorbing invaluable knowledge and trade techniques from the Union and experienced peers.
Known for his work ethic, problem-solving skills, and deep trade knowledge, Vince earned a strong reputation that propelled him into leadership roles, including Foreman, General Foreman, and Superintendent. He played a key role in launching a fabrication shop’s erection division, overcoming their six-year struggle by taking on Superintendent, Project Manager, estimating, and billing duties with limited resources. Encouraged by general contractors, peers, and family, Vince pursued his lifelong dream of starting his own company. With extensive experience in construction, leadership, estimating, billing, and carpentry, Vince is a uniquely qualified owner/operator, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for every project.
