  • A formal contractor-client relationship is only established once a separate, written Construction Contract is signed by both parties.
  • Lien Notice: Under Washington law, those who provide labor or materials for your project but are not paid have a right to enforce their claim for payment against your property. This is known as a construction lien.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content—including project photography, logos, and technical descriptions—is the property of VNW Erectors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, VNW Erectors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Site or any delays in project estimates.

7. Mandatory Dispute Resolution (Washington State)

  • Residential Defects: If your project involves a residential dwelling, Washington law (RCW 64.50) requires you to provide us with a written notice of any alleged construction defects at least 45 days before filing a lawsuit.
