To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing on behalf of Vincent Wilson regarding the venture of starting his own business. I had the pleasure of working with Vince on the Port of Kalama: Mountain Timber Market project in Kalama, WA. At that time, he was working for our steel erecting sub-contractor In the few short months Vince was on my jobsite, I had gotten to know him quite well and can confidently vouch for his character and more than capable abilities. Vince is a pleasure to work with because of his hard work and drive in showcasing his knowledge of his craft. With over 20 years of experience as a steel erector, operator, and welder, Vince showed great command over his profession and crew; even passing on his knowledge to those under him to allow them to grow as individuals as well. Vince showed resilience throughout this job as it was, for both of us, one of the more difficult and frustrating projects due to other responsible parties. But together we were able to move past the obstacles and keep ahead of our project schedule. It was obvious how well Vince led and worked alongside his crew due to their expedited process of erecting and constant optimistic morale. With Vince's motivation to succeed and impressive knowledge of the trade, I foresee him being extremely successful as a business owner. All of us at Forma are looking forward to working with him as an independent contractor.
